3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to equipment and premises where required, and to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for backing up your own data prior to any repair or maintenance work, and for ensuring that any software or hardware you ask us to service is properly licensed and owned by you.
4. Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms, advance amounts and milestones will be specified in your quotation or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services or support until outstanding amounts are cleared.
5. Service Warranty
Workmanship and supplied equipment are covered by the warranty period stated in the relevant quotation or invoice. Warranty covers defects in our installation or genuine product faults, but excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges, accidents or third-party interference.
6. Cancellation Policy
Service bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to reasonable notice. Cancellations after work has commenced, or where materials and equipment have already been procured, may be subject to charges covering costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadlinc Infotech’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business interruption.
8. Intellectual Property
